Daniel was incredibly quick, professional, thorough, and kind throughout the entire process. Not only did he manage to save my phone, but he also saved me $900 in replacement costs! From the moment I walked in, Daniel made me feel confident that my phone was in good hands. He explained everything clearly and worked efficiently to diagnose and fix the issue. Thank you for the awesome service. I received my screen for my galaxy samsung New phone I got was all cracked after dropping it on concrete and I called Daniels ER spot late afternoon and told them what happened to my phone. He ordered the parts for my samsung A51 and came I came in the very next day and my phone was like brand new it only took him 35 minutes to fix the screen that was cracked super bad! I was so happy and what awesome price and fast service! I also enjoyed shopping while waiting a short time to receive my beautiful new glass screen !!! The phone looks even better than before! I was working in Blufton last week and had an accident with my iPhone 8. I live 2 hours away and was going to stay in blufton overnight but with my screen not working I had no easy way to access my room booking info or my banking. Luckily I found Daniels ER and he saved me! He had just sold his last screen that fit my phone but seeing how desperate I was for my phone he found a damaged screen that while broken would still allow me to use my phone and didn’t charge me anything for the work and the next day he had a new screen for me. I waited there for him to do the work and in a matter of a few minutes he had it ready to go and he even put a complimentary screen protector on it at no charge. I have a high end Tanita Body Composition Analyzer for my Weight Loss Business that would not power up. I contracted the manufacturer's repair department that said it was a circuit board issue, they no longer had parts for my model, and it could not be repaired. I found Daniel's by search, talked to him on the phone, and took my unit to his shop mid-afternoon of that day. He called the next morning to tell me it was fixed. It works perfectly, his price was amazingly fair, and he saved from purchasing a used or new replacement for between $1,500 and $3.000. Daniel does a great job and is super fast! I called him on a Saturday morning to fix my son's PS5 after it not wanting to turn on after losing electricity in my home. Not only did he get me in that day he had fixed the PlayStation before I even made it back home. I would drive the hour and 15 minutes back for any of my electronic issues. The issue I had: PlayStation would not turn on at all, no lights would come on, controller plugged into PS5 wouldn't turn it on, it would make three beeps when the power source was plugged in but do nothing else. He had to reprogram the BIOS since it was corrupted when power was lost. ~ Victoria D

My experience here was top-notch. Price was excellent for an iPhone 11 screen replacement. I expected to have to drop the phone off, but Daniel was able to jump on it right away and I think we were out within about 10 minutes. And the coolest thing was we got to watch him do it. There's a camera above the workstation and a monitor to watch. So cool. It's like Tony Stark's lab in there. Anyway, all that to say, I would highly, highly, HIGHLY recommend this place for tech repairs. Knowing our track record with phones and tech, I'm sure we'll be back! ~ Matt H

Daniel did a great job fixing my pc. It was overheating and He diagnosed what the problem was quickly and got the replacement part in a few days. He cleaned excess thermal paste off of my cpu and motherboard, fixed my liquid cooling system and upgraded it as well and optimized my settings for my games. He also was willing to help when I didn’t have alot of money for the initial repair down payment. Overall a great experience and I will be returning if I ever had an issue with my pc or any electronic. As well as will be recommending to everyone I know with any electronic problems. ~ Jorge T

My launch day Nintendo Switch was starting to have a bulging battery. Daniel was able to deal with the near glue-like adhesive Nintendo uses to keep it in place and get it replaced within 20 minutes. Prices were very reasonable, and he's definitely knowledgeable about what needs to be done. Full disclosure, I could have repaired this myself. I just was not confident in my ability to remove the swollen battery without causing issues. Daniel is definitely my to go to place now for electronics repair. ~ Paul N

Daniel is a highly competent technician for repairing electronics--plus he his honest and reasonably priced. He was able to troubleshoot problems in 2 laptops for me, and provided a detailed cost analysis to repair them--in one case recommending that the machine was not worth repairing. (On another occasion, he was reluctant to be paid for a diagnosis that took time.)This shop should be a destination for people seeking fast and friendly solutions to problems with phones, tablets, laptops and PCs. ~ Joseph E

Daniel’s services are 5 stars-plus. He is skilled and responsive to requests for services. I had dropped my iPhone 11 Pro last week and fractured the glass screen. I was trying to decide if repair was really worthwhile since the phone is 3 years old and many estimates for repair seem quiet high to me. I was a walk-in to Daniel’s shop today. He gave me a very reasonable quote for repair and fixed the screen while I waited. He is very friendly and shares information readily. Daniel is highly recommended. ~ Mary D

I was having trouble with my iphone charging. I would have to jiggle the cable to get it to charge. Took it in and the gentleman there immediately figured out that the charge port on the phone needed to be cleaned out. A microscope view showed up on the big TV screen as he proceeded to clean out the connection. It was a little gross but so satisfying. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. I brought my PS5 in for an HDMI port repair. They told me it would take about an hour to fix. About 30 minutes later I got the text saying they were done with the repair. Very professional business. They test the console out before handing it back to you. Great customer service and highly recommend to anyone that needs electronics service done. I badly needed a new battery in my I-Phone 8 and Daniel came to my rescue. I was able to get a replacement installed immediately. I'm well along in years now and am retired but was an engineer for my career. From my discussion with Daniel regarding the internals of today's electronics, Daniel is one sharp individual. Daniel was kind and very professional. My Nintendo Switch (my kid’s Switch to be exact) wouldn’t charge or turn on. Basic online help was no help at all and Best Buy wouldn’t work on a console. I assumed it was a $100 battery or worse. Daniel looked at the Switch and found a bent pin where it charges, showed me on a monitor where it was bent and fixed it in literal seconds. Took my MacBook Pro (11 years old and counting!) into Daniel’s ER Spot for a new battery and to have it checked out for quicker operation. My wife's IPhone XR power was draining within an hour after charge. I dropped in, no appointment, Daniel quickly and professionally diagnosed. He informed me that the battery in phone tested good. Explained older batteries tend to decline in performance but not necessarily enough to replace. He repaired (new battery) within one hour. Phone lasts all day now.
